was so fed-up and upset with UOB & OCBC customer hotline service.
SUPER DISAPPOINTED!
Kind of regretted using their bank.
In short, their attitude just sucked!
Irresponsible, kept directing me to another person.
When it comes to claims, everyone just push u to another person.
Like it was my fault that your OCBC ATM gone bonkers?
Didn't dispense money yet my money was being deducted.
The story goes:
Actually the operator from Bukit Panjang Plaza's UOB greeted me in a annoyed manner. I didn't even get to start my story she goes: "what is your problem"
(Like, u don't even have manners?)
Me: Hello, on tuesday morning, I went to my school's ATM to withdraw money the cash wasn't dispense but they deducted money from my account.
BPP UOB: oh? u call this number, 6279 XXXX. they will help u get the claim.
So I called the 6279 XXXX.
ME: hi, the UOB gave me this number saying u will do claim for me.
OPERATER LIM: can u tell me what happen?
ME: i went to my school OCBC ATM... (before i could continue he cut me off)
OPERATOR LIM: oh, OCBC ah? we don't do OCBC stuff. u go call them and they will investigate for you.
ME: .... (dumb struck)
SO he gave me 6890 XXXX number.
I called:
ME: hi, some Mr Lim ask me to call u saying I could get my claim...
OCBC: sorry we don't do claim. U have to call UOB and they will investigate for you.
ME: Hello! I called them and they give me your number. and u are here telling me to direct to them? nthen u give me their number i call.
OCBC: i don't have their number.
ME: so if i call them again i will repeat every procedures and still get back to u isn't it?
OCBC: no no, u don't get back to me, u call them and help u.
ME: so u are pushing me to another person again?
OCBC: hope u will understand because we don't do this kind of thing....................
ME: Ok. I'm not going to understand, why u people are so irresponsible.!!!
and i hung up straight away.
SUPER FED UP with them.
This get me to re-call the scene where the movie, "Just follow law" where they want to get somebody to help them advertise. They keep pushing the task to another people.
Now I got the taste of it. 100% true.
Lousy management is all I can say. SUCKED!
but i still have to thank Wan Ting and Yi Cheng for their little help. and girlfriends for accompanying me to the bank itself to get the claim form.

anybody know who to send the feedback to UOB and OCBC? gonna tell them how "good" their management was. and I was so "impress" by them. GOD~
today after school, I was happily thinking while going on bus to sms lynn (cause I normally do that to tell her i finish sch alrd)
but suddenly, I remember she had goen for camp this morning.
and so while on the way home, loneliness crept in.
I guess, i took it for granted she'll be there every afternoon to listen to me complain.
I can imagine if I tell her the story above, she'll go mad for me. ((:
but not today. so I cannot imagine my life in future without her. although we always quarrel non-stop. but its our habit. -________-
yeah, I miss you Lynn~ so much.
