look at the time, I should be asleep by now, I'm waking at 8 tomorrow. But I really need to say all this out. Although it doesn't happen on me, seriously I think, I'll sooner or later become part of it. And I'm angry for my friend and colleagues.

What do I mean about lousy environment? Not that the people and Boss has attitude problem, but who wants to work if you have a backstabber for a colleague, love-being-apple-polish for a Boss? WHO?

Can't they just work happily ever after?
Just ADMIT when you made a mistake. Didn't mother teach you to be honest?
Don't you know pushing the blame or shirking off your responsibility is very shameful? And if you don't, you are worse than a Kindergarten kid.

Go back to your Moral & Education teacher!

And for the Boss. Open up your eyes and see, who are the innocent people (i'm not talking about me -__-), n who are the bad. Don't judge and sentence the person to death just by listening. LOOK & SEE. That's what the EYES are for!
